Epsom's Ashley Centre fully let

The 310,000 sq ft Ashley Centre in Epsom is now at full capacity as the last vacant store has been let to A Jones & Sons.

Trading as Jones Bootmaker, the shoe retailer has agreed on a ten-year lease totalling 2,000 sq ft.

The store was let by The Carlyle Group & Bride Hall, represented by real estate adviser Savills.

The new letting follows a number of signings over the last 18 months with national retails including Metro Bank, Pandora, Stormfront, Gerry Weber, Muffin Break and Hotter taking commercial space.

Roger Gorham, director at Bride Hall, said: "Following a year of strategic asset management, which has also seen Halifax, Card Factory and Clintons relocate within the scheme, we are delighted that the centre is now fully let to a mix of strong national and independent retailers."
